I currently hold a position as a postdoctoral
researcher in the Department of Social
Welfare at UCLA. I also serve as a lecturer
for the Department of Sociology and the
Global Studies program.
My research advances theory and practice
in the field of youth civic engagement
using social network analysis, educational
technology, and global perspectives. I teach
interdisciplinary courses on topics such as
graph theory and global social movements.
I believe in the transformative power of
education and I am driven by a conviction
that academic institutions are uniquely
position to facilitate the co-creation of a
more equitable, peaceful, and sustainable
world.
